Nick Saban is the greatest college football coach of all time in terms of titles won. He’s won 6 titles at Alabama and 1 at LSU.

But, it has been a long time since that 2003 national championship won in Baton Rouge, and one young LSU fan has had enough.

According to OutKick’s Trey Wallace, a high school junior from Louisiana snuck past security to give Saban a piece of his mind:

“For the pain he’s given me for the past twelve years. January 9th to 2022, he has given me so much pain. I go to the LSU-Alabama games, I sit there in the 4th quarter, LSU is up and I think this is the year and then I just see Saban just run away with it.

“I am a diehard LSU fan,” the young kid noted. “I build myself up on Fridays thinking this is the year we’re gonna beat him, we’re gonna beat ’em. They have the lead and then they just blow up. I just think that I can’t believe I just witnessed another Saban beatdown again.”

So, what was the conversation about? According to Saban, the kid offered him money to leave Alabama and go back to LSU:

“The kid offered me $5,000 to leave Alabama and go back to LSU,” Saban said.

So there you have it. However, $5,000 probably isn’t going to get the job done, so the Tigers will have to settle for Brian Kelly as their coach in 2022. Can he take down Saban and the Crimson Tide? The young fan will likely psyche himself up to believe in his Tigers once again this year.
