Nick Saban had to have a conversation with Miss Terry after the LSU game about not overlooking opponents.

Alabama picked up a big win over LSU on Saturday in a game that pushed the Tide closer to an SEC West title. After the game, Saban’s wife Miss Terry, or Terry Saban, was focusing on the final game of the season against Auburn.

Saban shared the hilarious anecdote on the Pat McAfee Show on Thursday.

“I had to straighten her out this week with relief syndrome, too,” Saban said. “I wake up on Sunday morning, and she looks at me and says, ‘Man, it’s gonna be hard playing at Auburn.’ I said, ‘What are you talking about? Are you kidding me? We got to play Kentucky this week, and we got Chattanooga the next week. We’ll worry about that when we get to that.’”

While Saban and Alabama are the favorites in their final 3 games, Saban is making sure not to overlook any of his opponents and risk getting upset. The Tide will take on Kentucky this week in a game that won’t be easy at Kroger Field.
