Arkansas is putting together a hot stretch in recruiting, and the Razorbacks added another pledge to the 2024 recruiting class Saturday evening.

The commitment comes from Tevis Metcalf, a 3-star athlete out of Parker High School in Pinson, Alabama for the 2024 recruiting class. Metcalf committed to Arkansas over other offers that included Auburn, Colorado and Georgia Tech.

Listed at 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, Metcalf is a 3-star prospect and is rated as the 82nd CB recruit in the country per the 247 Sports Composite. He’s the cousin of former Ole Miss WR and NFL star DK Metcalf. His brother — TJ Metcalf — signed with the Razorbacks via the 2022 recruiting class.

On Friday, the Razorbacks kicked off the weekend with a trio of commitments, all from 4-star prospects according to the 247 Sports Composite. Jaden Allen — a 4-star CB out of Texas — announced his commitment while in-state prospects DL Charleston Collins and WR Courtney Crutchfield also committed to the Razorbacks.
