Arkansas LB Kyrei Fisher announces transfer from Razorbacks’ program

The Arkansas Razorbacks already took a big hit this week when last year’s leading receiver, Jonathan Nance, announced his intention to transfer.
Now, the Hogs are losing another player, this time on defense.
As you can see in the tweet below, sophomore LB Kyrei Fisher announced that he was leaving the program and taking a redshirt in 2018:

As a freshman in 2017, Fisher played in two games, recording a tackle in the season finale against Mizzou.
Where he’ll end up next remains to be seen, but the Hogs can’t afford to take many more losses this year. Fisher was just a depth player, but he was developing as a player. Now, that development will continue elsewhere.
