Arkansas OC Dan Enos appears to be responding to student criticism through email
Arkansas offensive coordinator Dan Enos has issues to work through right now. The Hogs have lost three in a row and the latest featured a season-low 22 points. The Razorbacks managed just 174 yards and 10 first downs.
It would appear he has an Arkansas student in his email inbox offering advice on how to fix the issues.
And it would appear Enos is responding.
“I just want y’all to know that I’m available to call 4th downs for y’all if y’all need it AND y’all don’t have to pay me millions. What a disgrace,” one student wrote in an email seemingly sent to Enos.
“What would u (sic.) call??” a user appearing to be Enos wrote back.
“A QB sneak. This isn’t hard Dan,” the student wrote back.
It’s not immediately clear if this user is actually the Arkansas offensive coordinator. If it is, what a turn.

The Razorbacks are 2-3 on the season and 0-2 to start SEC play. Things won’t get any easier either, with back-to-back road trips to Ole Miss and Alabama on the docket.
Arkansas is down to 119th nationally in rushing efficiency, averaging just 3.2 yards per carry. Chunk runs on the ground have been hard to come by, and that has put pressure on quarterback KJ Jefferson. Arkansas has given up 18 sacks in five games; only Alabama and South Carolina have allowed more.
If Enos needs some help fixing Arkansas’ offensive shortcomings, it sounds like he might be able to crowdsource some ideas through email.
Derek Peterson does a bit of everything, not unlike Taysom Hill. He has covered Oklahoma, Nebraska, the Pac-12, and now delivers CFB-wide content.
