Former Arkansas offensive lineman Frank Ragnow is a key piece for the Detroit Lions. In fact, he reportedly played through multiple injuries in a gutsy performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Ragnow sustained two separate sprains in the game. The All-Pro center reportedly sprained his knee and his ankle but missed just a few snaps and finished the game. Ragnow is expected to be available for the NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers.

“It’s like, man, you may not be 100%. But if you feel like you can produce and you can win at 80% of yourself — and that’s what Frank does,” said head coach Dan Campbell. “He believes he can. He trusts himself and he trusts those guys next to him.”

The Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens will also face off in the AFC Championship Game, and fans can find out the latest odds for both matchups via the betting apps.

As for Ragnow, he’s in his 6th season with the Lions and has been a major contributor nearly every season of his career. Now, he’s looking to help Detroit to the Super Bowl after starting 15 games during the regular season.
