Arkansas running back Jonathan Williams missed the entire 2015 season after breaking his foot just before the opener.

The senior was expected to lead the Razorbacks in rushing and compete to be one of the best running backs in the SEC. Instead, he watched Alex Collins rush for a team-best 1,392 yards while he spent the last three-plus months with screws in his foot.

He got those screws surgically removed at the end of November. Williams, a Senior Bowl invite, needs to prove to NFL scouts that he’ll be healthy in time for mini camp and OTAs this offseason.

If he’s doing this less than two weeks after surgery, imagine what he’ll be doing by the Combine in Feburary:

A week and a half out of surgery to remove the screws in my foot and I’m back on my feet and running. #Blessed
