If Prince Tega Wanogho continues to progress his game during his final season at Auburn, the big man from The Plains very well could be the first Tiger to be selected in the first round since the 2014 NFL Draft.

The battles on the Auburn practice field between Tega Wanogho and Derrick Brown must be epic when you consider longtime NFL Draft analyst Gil Brandt rates the offensive lineman as his No. 6 senior offensive lineman looking ahead to the 2020 NFL Draft. If you are unfamiliar with Brandt’s work, he’s been associated with NFL scouting since the late 1950s, working mostly with the Dallas Cowboys from 1960-1988, so he has some experience in evaluating prospects.

Brandt recently shared his list of top senior offensive linemen in college on Twitter.

Interestingly enough, Auburn’s defensive line is poised to matchup up against two of the offensive linemen on Brandt’s list in the season opener as Oregon seniors Calvin Throckmorton Tega Wanogho will come in handy this offseason because the defensive lineman will need to be on his A-game coming out of the gates in 2019.
