Report: Auburn receiver enters name in NCAA transfer portal
The Auburn Tigers have lost a few backups this offseason, and now they are reportedly losing some more depth.
Per AL.com reporter Matt Zenitz, backup WR Griffin King has entered the NCAA transfer portal as of Wednesday.
According to Zenitz, King is a former walk-on receiver who earned a scholarship for himself in 2017. He contributed mostly on special teams:

In 2018, King made two catches for 15 yards and also returned one punt. He was a redshirt junior this season, so he’ll have one year of eligibility remaining wherever he ends up.
Where he ends up next remains to be seen, but it appears he’s on his way out of Auburn.
