Duke and Michigan are set to meet at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 21 in one of the most anticipated non-conference games of the season.

That game is set to be live-streamed on Amazon Prime Video as one of three Blue Devils games scheduled to be shown on the service during the 2026-27 season. The Big Ten, though, isn’t happy with the decision.

According to Yahoo’s Ross Dellinger, the B1G believes it owns the game’s broadcast rights. While the ACC and ESPN are aligned with the game being shown on Prime Video, the B1G — along with FOX — aren’t on board.

“The Big Ten, backed by its primary broadcast rights holder, Fox, has communicated with both the ACC and ESPN about the matter,” Dellinger wrote. “The league believes it owns the broadcast rights as part of a rights-holder agreement between the conferences.”

The Blue Devils’ game against UConn at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Nov. 25, the day before Thanksgiving, will also be on Prime Video, along with a contest against Gonzaga at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

Both Duke and Amazon announced the agreement as a multi-year deal, Amazon’s first college sports broadcast deal. It already has rights to the NBA and NFL’s Thursday Night Football, among others.
