Monday was a 4-star prospect out of Carver High School in Atlanta and a 4-year player for the Tigers from 2018-2021. He was a star all 4 years at Auburn, totaling 171 tackles 6 sacks and 3 interception return touchdowns off 5 takeaways. He cracked the 2nd team All-SEC team in 2020.
Despite going undrafted, Monday was thought to be making major strides towards contributing in some role for the Saints this season. Now, it seems Monday could spend most of his first year on injured reserve.
Let’s hope for some good news in the coming days.
