Henry’s been an offensive assistant in the coaching ranks at three different stops since 2007, first joining the McNeese St. (alma-mater) staff in 1997 before making the NFL leap to the Oakland Raiders 10 years later. Henry’s assisted with LSU’s wide receivers since 2012.
