College GameDay will be in Eugene, Oregon in Week 7 for a top-5 matchup between No. 2 Ohio State and No. 3 Oregon.

One of the biggest parts of GameDay is the celebrity guest picker. Johnny Manziel, Michael Phelps, Blake Shelton, Marshawn Lynch, and others have all been the guest pickers in 2024. Typically, the picker is an alumnus of the hosting school or connected to the area in some way.

For Week 7, actress Kaitlin Olson will be the guest. Olson grew up in the Portland, Oregon area and graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in theater arts in 1997.

The actress is perhaps best known for her role as Deandra “Sweet Dee” Reynolds in the FX comedy series It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005–present). Olson has also starred in films like The Heat (2013), Vacation (2015) and Finding Dory (2016). The Oregon alum has also been nominated for 2 Emmys.

Olson couldn’t have picked a better game to be in attendance for. The Buckeyes will most likely be the toughest matchup the Ducks play in the regular season. Entering the game, both teams are 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the conference.

Ohio State has wins over Akron, Western Michigan, Marshall, Michigan State, and Iowa. Oregon, meanwhile, has wins over Idaho, Boise State, Oregon State, UCLA, and Michigan State. The Ducks started off slowly with close games against Idaho and Boise State, but the team has gotten hot lately, easily winning their last 3 games.

The latest odds at bet365 have Ohio State as a 3-point favorite as we get closer to kickoff after previously listing the Buckeyes at -4 for this one. Whoever wins will have a leg up in the Big Ten race as we hit the middle of October.

These new B1G rivals will kick off from Autzen Stadium on  Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
