As Florida coach Dan Mullen has said, it’s already signing day in Australia.

Jeremy Crawshaw became the first Gator to ink during the Early Signing Period as the 2-star prospect from ProKick Australia made it official, thanks to the large time change. The Gators have 23 other commitments expected to sign starting on Wednesday. The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder is from Emu Plains, New South Wales, Australia. ProKick Australia was developed in 2007 to help guide and transition Australian athletes to perform at the college and NFL levels.

Crawshaw visited Gainesville during Florida’s rout of Tennessee, and the gameday atmosphere was completely new to him.

“It was amazing regardless of the score,” Crawshaw told Swamp247. “That game and the atmosphere was crazy, and it’s nothing like we have back home. Definitely was an eye opener towards what is ahead, and I am looking forward to it. The team is great, and amazing and you can feel the camaraderie around everyone.”
