The Florida Gators have been struggling this year, currently sporting a 10-7 record and a 2-3 mark in SEC play.

Even after picking up a big win at Georgia on Saturday, they couldn’t avoid some bad news, this time regarding talented junior forward Keith Stone.

Per a release on Sunday, Stone suffered a knee injury against the Bulldogs and will miss the rest of the 2018-19 season:

Stone was averaging 6.1 points and 3.9 rebounds in 19.2 minutes per game, playing in all 17 contests and making 13 starts.

The Gators are already thin in the front court, so it remains to be seen who steps up to fill those minutes vacated by Stone.
