The Florida Gators’ defense has been hurt in recent weeks by the absences of pass rushers Jabari Zuniga and Jon Greenard, who had huge starts to the season.
Both are expected to return against Georgia this weekend, but it remains to be seen how effective they’ll be.
On Monday evening, Greenard said his ankle still isn’t 100% healthy, but he feels confident that he’ll be good enough to be effective:
Jon Greenard said his ankle is ‘getting there’ and that he is 85 or 90 percent, which to him is all he needs to be.

Greenard has 4 sacks and an interception so far this season, to go along with 28 total tackles and 3 pass breakups.
Georgia has a strong offensive line, so we’ll see if Greenard can make an impact in his first experience with the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party.
