You didn’t hear Florida TE Moral Stephens’ name called much over the past four years, but that doesn’t mean the former Gator had no impact on the team.
Stephens was a key special teams player and also a good blocker for the running game. He only made 15 catches for 261 yards in his Gator career, but he made the most of them.
Now, he’s getting a chance to show what he can do in the NFL. Per a tweet from his agent, Stephens signed a contract with the Buffalo Bills on Sunday:
There’s no better feeling as an agent than creating an opportunity for your client and watching him make the absolute most of it! Congrats to our guy Moral Stephens @moralstephens03 on signing with the Buffalo Bills! @ELITEathleteM @GatorsFB #WeAreElite pic.twitter.com/uwYfG7VwBu

Stephens had eight catches for 106 yards as a redshirt senior in 2018, but three of those catches went for touchdowns, so he made the most of them.
What role he carves out in Buffalo remains to be seen, but it’s clear the Bills were impressed with him.
