As dominant as the Georgia Bulldogs have looked this season, there are some college football analysts who see a few holes that the Bulldogs have that may make them vulnerable going forward.

ESPN’s Roddy James on “College Football Live” this week shared his concerns about the No. 1 team in the country and problems it may have against Tennessee.

“It’s the fact that this Georgia offense the last 4 games has gotten off to some pretty slow starts,” he said. “You look at the Auburn game, they were held to 3 points in the first quarter. They didn’t score in the first quarter against Florida or Kentucky, and only 7 points in the first quarter against Missouri. So if Tennessee can jump out to a lead early, and make Georgia play from behind, that’s something that we haven’t seen all season.”

He also thinks that the Vols defense could give quarterback QB Stetson Bennett issues.

“Look, Stetson Bennett has done a really nice job doing what they’ve asked him to do, but he’s only thrown for more than 255 yards one time this year and it was Week 2 against UAB,” Jones said. “This is a Tennessee defense that’s total numbers aren’t great, but when you look at a per play basis, they’re a top 5 defense in the SEC in terms of yards per play. So it’s a pretty stingy group that just plays a bunch of plays because of the tempo they go at on offense. So if Tennessee can jump out, this Georgia offense has gotten off to slow starts, what would happen if Georgia had to play from behind? I think that’s a big question that we haven’t yet seen answered this season.”

Georgia faces Tennessee Saturday at 3:30 ET on CBS.
