LOOK: Georgia invites Florida, Auburn fans to be ‘Dawgs For A Day’ and root against Alabama

Update: This article has been updated to show that other SEC fan bases received the invitation.
Plenty of SEC fans with no loyalty to Georgia or Alabama will be tuning in to watch the Bulldogs take on the Crimson Tide Saturday.
Georgia’s alumni association figured it would check to see if Florida alumni were interested in being Dawgs for a day. While there is a case to be the made that a Georgia win is in Florida’s interest (it could send the Gators to the Sugar Bowl instead of the Fiesta Bowl or Peach Bowl), the Twitter account for the Florida alumni association made it clear that UF fans have no interest in pulling for their Cocktail Party rival.
A hilarious exchange of gifs followed.

It wasn’t just Florida. The UGA alumni association also extended the invitation to the other SEC fan bases, including Auburn.
.@tennalum – Yes, we've had our differences, but what if we turn the First Saturday in December into the Third Saturday in October? Will you be a #DawgForADay? #SECChampionship | #GoDawgs | #BeatBama pic.twitter.com/ILtF6IuBcm

.@OleMissAlumni – If y’all help us make noise against the Tide, we can’t promise you can carry the goalposts to The Grove like last time, but we can promise we’ll party like we’re in The Grove. 🎉 Will you be a #DawgForADay? #SECChampionship | #GoDawgs | #BeatBama pic.twitter.com/BGxAbbvVXo
