Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint shares heartwarming moment with Kirby Smart after Governor’s Cup win
Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint shared an emotional moment with his head coach after another win on Saturday.
The Georgia Bulldogs held on to defeat the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, and as Rosemy-Jacksaint would remind us, the Bulldogs haven’t lost a Governor’s Cup game in a while.
“I’m 4-0, coach,” Rosemy-Jacksaint exclaimed, referring to his record in the rivalry game.

The Bulldogs have won 6-straight against the Yellow Jackets, last losing in 2016. The teams did not play in the 2020 COVID season.
Rosemy-Jacksaint did not show up on the stat sheet Saturday, but the Bulldogs rolled anyways. Kendall Milton led the charge, finishing with 156 yards on the ground and scoring 2 touchdowns. Dominic Lovett led the way in receiving, catching 5 balls for 68 yards.
Rosemy-Jacksaint had his most effective college season in 2023, ending with 29 catches for 472 yards and 4 TDs.
The Bulldogs finished the regular season perfect once again, having won 29-straight games. The next test for the team will be against the Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta. If the Dawgs get past the Tide, they will be in line to earn their 3rd-straight national championship.
