Sometimes, it’s tough being the son or daughter of a legendary athlete.

In Elijah Holyfield’s case, he’s the son of legendary boxer Evander Holyfield, and living up to his father’s name has probably been tough. But Elijah has blazed his own path in football.

The younger Holyfield has sat behind Nick Chubb and Sony Michel the last couple of years, and this year, he’s finally getting an opportunity to shine.

College GameDay sat down with Elijah and Evander to get a sense of what it’s been like for the younger Holyfield living up to the family name:

Entering Saturday, Holyfield has rushed for a team-high 432 yards and three TDs. No doubt, LSU will present a tough test for Holyfield and Georgia’s offense.
