Kentucky’s defense is getting some key players back, particularly at linebacker. Jacquez Jones, DeAndre Square and Jordan Wright are all back in the linebacking corps.

But, per a report, on Tuesday, the Kentucky secondary took a big hit this spring.

Per Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio, DB Vito Tisdale has torn his ACL and meniscus and will miss the entire 2022 campaign:

Tisdale was expected to step into a larger role on the Kentucky defense this fall, but that plan appears to be over after this injury.

In 2 years with the Wildcats, Tisdale has appeared in 14 games and has recorded 39 tackles, 1 sack and 1 pass breakup.
