Kentucky picked up a commitment from Kevin Larkins Jr. on Tuesday.
Larkins previously played for Livingstone in Division II. As a freshman in 2022, he recorded 8 interceptions which was tied for the Division II overall lead.

Larkins finished the year with 40 tackles, 2 tackles for loss and 1 touchdown in addition to his 8 picks. He was named Defensive Rookie of the Year by the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
He is the 2nd Kentucky transfer commit of the day. The Wildcats also picked up a potential starting running back in former NC State rusher Demie Sumo-Karngbaye.
Kentucky has now added 13 transfers so far this offseason. Its transfer class ranks No. 20 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Larkins has 4 years of eligibility remaining.
