A pair of Kentucky basketball commits were named to the Team USA basketball rosters for the upcoming Nike Hoops Summit. The event is held on Saturday, April 8, at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon and features America’s top high school athletes facing off against top teams from across the world of ages 19 and under.

The two players are DJ Wagner and Justin Edwards, both 5-stars in the Wildcats’ upcoming 2023 class that features four 5-star commits. Edwards is the No. 2 player in the class while Wagner ranks No. 3.

The No. 1 player in the Class of 2023, Isaiah Collier, is also on the roster, as are other big names such as Bronny James and a pair of Duke commits, Jared McCain and Sean Stewart.

Wagner is no stranger to Team USA. He was a member of the gold-medal winning U17 National Team at the 2022 World Cup in Spain.
