4-star Louisiana RB decommits from LSU
LSU fans got some news that they did not need to want to hear Sunday afternoon. After hearing that one of their choices for their head coaching position had chosen USC over them, now comes the news that 4-star running back TreVonte’ Citizen out of Lake Charles, has decommitted from LSU.

Citizen was recruited by former LSU running back Kevin Faulk but now that it looks like he is out along with head coach Ed Orgeron, it looks like Citizen is looking to take his talents elsewhere. Before he committed to the Tigers, he had an interest in Auburn, Texas, Texas A&A&M and Arizona State.
It will be interesting to see where the running back turns his attention to next.
Louisiana online sports betting is officially live in much of the state. Louisiana joined the handful of other SEC football states with legalized sports betting in January 2022.
