Connor Culp has found his new home.

The former LSU kicker is headed to Nebraska and will be eligible immediately for the upcoming season as a graduate transfer. Culp hasn’t kicked for LSU since the 2017 season, when he converted 11 of 16 field goals and 20 of 23 extra points.

News of Culp’s transfer to Nebraska was first reported by Sam McKewon of the World-Herald.

LSU’s placekicking duties were famously taken over by Cole Tracy in 2018, he went on to become an All-American after transferring in from Assumption College, while true freshman Cade York took over the duties for the Tigers in 2019. York converted 21 of 27 field goals and 89 of 93 extra points.

Culp will start as a walk-on at Nebraska. Culp was a 2016 U.S. Amy All-American coming out of high school.
