Ed Orgeron declines comment in Drake Davis, Ed Ingram ‘legal matters’

The LSU Tigers have had their share of problems this offseason, with starting OL Ed Ingram getting suspended earlier this month and WR Drake Davis getting arrested for an alleged domestic-violence incident on Friday.
Though it has been reported that both players have been suspended from team activities, coach Ed Orgeron has remained quiet on both matters.
On Saturday, he continued his silence, issuing no comments when asked about Davis and Ingram following the Tigers’ second scrimmage:
Coach Orgeron declines comment on Drake Davis, including whether he or anyone knew about the allegations against him prior to his arrest.

Ed Orgeron asked on any updates about Ed Ingram and he said it's a "legal matter" and he won't make any comment on it. #LSU

The fact that Ingram’s suspension was due to a “legal matter” is new, but Coach O wouldn’t elaborate on it any further.
Whether either player returns to the team remains to be seen, but for now, reporters and fans are left with more questions than answers from the tight-lipped coach.
