All eyes will be on AT&T Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m. ET / 6:30 p.m. CT to see the Miami Hurricanes take on the LSU Tigers. SEC fans, and particularly LSU fans will watch with baited breath to see the Tigers new-look offense under first-year (kinda) offensive coordinator Steve  Ensminger.

The Tigers will be looking to break in a new starting quarterback, new running back and young wide receivers against a very talented Miami defense and head coach Mark Richt. Tons of question marks will be answered that night on offense, including an offensive line that took a hit as camp opens per head coach Ed Orgeron.

During his media availability on Friday, Coach O revealed Ed Ingram has been suspended indefinitely by the team. Orgeron would not clarify what the suspension was exactly for and declined to go into further details when asked a follow-up question on his decision to suspend Ingram. He also noted that Ingram will not be participating in fall camp in Baton Rouge.

Ingram started the final 12 games at right guard for the Tigers last season and he repped over 700 snaps for the team as a true freshman.

Orgeron said Damien Lewis will be moving to right guard in Ingram’s place in the starting lineup for the Tigers.

The Tigers have as many question marks on offense as we have seen in recent years in Baton Rouge, and the news on Ingram gives Ensminger and Orgeron another domino to pick up before kickoff.
