LSU QB Joe Burrow has been on fire to start the season, throwing for 749 yards, 9 touchdowns and only 1 interception in 2 games so far.

However, on Wednesday, coach Ed Orgeron confirmed on his weekly radio show that Burrow has been working through a minor, unspecified injury.

Per Scott Rabalais of The Advocate, Coach O said Burrow didn’t want to sit out of practice to rest:

Burrow, Coach O said, opted to keep going.

“‘Coach, I’ve got to keep my rhythm,'” Orgeron said Burrow told him.

Coach O doesn’t seem too concerned about the injury, so it’s probably safe to say Burrow will be out there for LSU’s game against Northwestern State this weekend.

However, if the Tigers go up big, Burrow may be pulled out of the game early.
