Former Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville thinks Ed Orgeron will get LSU job
Former Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville, who now coaches the Cincinnati Bearcats, joined Cole Cubelic’s radio show on Wednesday morning and discussed his thoughts on LSU’s vacant HC position left by Les Miles.
Tuberville said he “would be shocked” if LSU didn’t eventually strip the “interim” from Ed Orgeron’s title, saying there’s “nobody better” for the job.

Tuberville and Orgeron were both on the coaching staff at Miami (FL) in the late ’80s and early ’90s and later coached against one another when Tuberville was at Auburn and Orgeron was the head coach at Ole Miss during the mid-2000s.
