Lloyd Cushenberry names LSU's toughest opponent from perfect 2019 season
LSU just put the finishing touches on an incredible and historic 15-0 season, taking down Clemson in the title game on Monday night.
The season was filled of tough challenges, though, as the Tigers had to navigate their way through tough foes like Alabama, Florida, Texas, Georgia and Auburn (and that was all before playing Oklahoma and Clemson in the College Football Playoff).
So, who stood out most as LSU’s toughest foe in 2019? Key OL Lloyd Cushenberry said on Thursday that Auburn was the Tigers’ most-difficult game:

It’s no surprise Cushenberry would say that. As an interior offensive lineman, he had to go up against Auburn DL Derrick Brown all game long.
