LSU baseball is doing work in the transfer portal. On Friday, the Tigers landed a pair of big-time transfers.

NC State slugger Tommy White and Vanderbilt hurler Christian Little are headed to Baton Rouge to continue their careers.

White, affectionately known as Tommy Tanks, does serious damage at the plate. In his first collegiate season, White hit .362, with a slugging percentage of .757, posting 27 home runs and 74 RBIs. He has 2 more seasons before he can re-enter the MLB Draft. The ACC Freshman of the Year, White was primarily a designated hitter for the Wolfpack, but also saw time at first base and third base.

Little made 18 appearances on the mound in his sophomore season with the Commodores. He made 3 starts before settling into a bullpen role, recording 3 saves in 15 relief appearances. He had a 3.72 ERA over 38.2 innings. A former top recruit, Little reclassified to join the 2021 Vandy Boys.
