In April, Derek Stingley Jr. was the No. 3 overall selection in the 2022 NFL Draft. He signed his rookie contract with the Houston Texans on May 13.

Last month, Tari Eason went No. 17 overall to the Houston Rockets in this year’s NBA Draft. Eason impressed during his first NBA Summer League.

The MLB Draft was held recently before the All-Star Game. The Miami Marlins drafted LSU slugger Jacob Berry at No. 6 overall.
