The Heisman hype train for Joe Burrow has been on a steady ride all season long, but now, the LSU quarterback is officially headed to New York City for the ceremony with three other college football stars.

For LSU, the potential is there to have its second Heisman winner in school history, the first since Billy Cannon hoisted it in 1959. Even the governor of the state of Louisiana reached out to Burrow publicly to congratulate him on the nomination.

Soon after the announcement of the finalists, LSU’s official Twitter account released a chilling hype video, narrated by former Tiger star Tyrann Mathieu.

Mathieu, although he played defensive back for LSU, even garnered a share of Heisman hype during his college days, making him a great candidate for the narration.

Burrow is likely the favorite to lift the trophy, and it would make this perfect LSU season even sweeter for its fans.
