LSU got off to a rough start in 2020 with a 1-2 record entering Week 5. Junior quarterback Myles Brennan was hardly the problem compared to Bo Pelini’s defense. But TJ Finley, stepping in for an injured Brennan, is the starting quarterback in the most complete game LSU has played this season, a thumping of South Carolina, currently 52-24 in the fourth quarter.

Finley is 17-of-21 passing for 265 yards and 2 touchdowns along with 8 rushes for 24 yards and a touchdown. The freshman’s big night has many fans on social media wanting him to stay at starter for LSU’s remaining eight games.
