Many LSU football fans will have no problem continuing to root for former Tigers offensive lineman Adrian Magee. After going undrafted, Magee has reportedly agreed to a deal with the New Orleans Saints, per ESPN’s Mike Triplett.

Magee started every game of LSU’s 15-0 2019 national championship campaign, providing key blocking for Joe Burrow’s record-breaking season and Clyde Edwards-Helaire’s productive final season. Magee started 13 of those games at left guard with 2 starts coming at left guard. Against Oklahoma, he played 74 snaps with a team-best five “finishes” in the win over the Sooners as the Tigers racked up 692 total yards and 63 points

In his Tigers career, Magee played in 40 total games, logging 20 starts, including 2 at right tackle. He earned second-team All-SEC recognition for the 2019 season. Magee graduated from LSU in December with a degree in interdisciplinary studies.

Out of Franklinton, Louisiana, Magee joined LSU in 2015 and redshirted his first year on campus.
