The 2016 season was a crazy one for former LSU RB Stevan Ridley.

After signing with the Detroit Lions in April, he was cut by the team in August, just before the start of the regular season. The Indianapolis Colts scooped him up and he lasted there for exactly one week before he was released and signed with the Atlanta Falcons in October.

He played in only one game for the Falcons, running three times for seven yards before they cut him, too.

Now, though, Ridley is ready to prove he’s still an NFL-level back, as Pro Football Talk reports he has signed with the Denver Broncos.

Ridley was a big part of the New England Patriots teams in 2012 and 2013 and won a Super Bowl with the team in 2014. He’s hoping this stop in his career ends up being similar to his time in New England.
