Kevontre Bradford transferred from LSU to Oklahoma. On Thursday, news broke that Bradford is no longer part of Lincoln Riley’s team. A report suggests Bradford could be looking to return to Baton Rouge.

Jason Kersey, who covers Oklahoma for The Athletic, tweeted Thursday that there is “speculation” Bradford could rejoin the Tigers.

Kersey added that in certain cases a player can return to his original school and be eligible to play immediately. Kersey followed up by sharing a screenshot of the rule which says the player would be eligible if he “does not engage in other countable athletically related activities in the involved sport at the second institution beyond a 14-consecutive-day period…” With fall camp underway around the country, it would appear Bradford is unlikely to qualify if practices and workouts count.

As a true freshman, Bradford rushed the ball 10 times for 58 yards last season.
