WATCH: Leonard Fournette follows through on promise, gives cleats to Jaguars fan

Leonard Fournette is a man of his word.
After promising to give one of his fans some cleats if he attended the next day’s practice, the former LSU running back followed through and stuck to his word. The official Twitter account of the Jacksonville Jaguars shared the video of Fournette giving the fan, identified as Byron in the accompanying tweet, an unforgettable memory.
Fournette takes the cleats off his feet and autographs them as Byron appears to be overwhelmed by the Jags running back’s generosity. The video also shows Fournette taking another autograph request after signing the cleats.
Yesterday, @_fournette promised he’d give his cleats to Byron if he was at practice today.

After a 1,000-yard rookie season, it’s no surprise to see Fournette has a lot of fans in Jacksonville. The Jaguars selected him the No. 4 overall pick in 2017.
