LSU vs Alabama

Adam Spencer

Last Updated:

With LSU and Alabama becoming two of the most important and dominant college football programs in the modern era of college football, it’s no surprise that the annual LSU vs. Alabama matchup is one of the biggest games every season. Not only did the game have immense SEC West division implications every year up to 2024 when the SEC did away with divisions, but the game often can dictate postseason appearances in both the SEC Championship Game and even the national championship picture.

We all remember the 2011 LSU vs. Alabama football game, dubbed the “Game of the Century.” And, of course, the national championship rematch that followed. But every year, the game between these two powerhouses remains must-watch.
