Though Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen would like to coach in the NFL someday, he said there’s nothing imminent in regards to the open Los Angeles Rams job.
In a press conference on Friday, Mullen said he hasn’t spoken to the Rams after the team fired Jeff Fisher last week:
Dan Mullen says he has not talked to the LA Rams. Said one day he would love to coach in the NFL though.

Mullen has been the subject of plenty of rumors over the years, most recently linked to the Oregon job last month.
However, for now, he’s happy in Starkville. If and when the opportunity does come for him to make the jump to the NFL, though, he’ll have put in quite a few years with the Bulldogs.
