The Missouri Tigers face an interesting 2019 schedule. Despite the potential NCAA bowl ban, the Tigers could have a special 2019 campaign.

In fact, when the Tigers travel to play at Georgia on Nov. 9, SEC Network host Laura Rutledge (and a few others) think Mizzou has a legitimate chance to be a perfect 8-0 and a top-10 team, nationally.

During SEC Media Days on Monday, Mizzou coach Barry Odom says he welcomes that kind of hype around his team because it shows the hard work his players have put in:

“I love it, because our kids have worked really hard to put ourselves in this position,” he said. “Now, the mark is on us, so let’s go do something with it. That’s awesome. As a competitor, that’s what you want, man. Each week, we know our preparation and our habits need to align. If we take it one step at a time, we’ll be right where we need to be.”
