It didn’t take Christian Holmes long to find his new home.

The former Missouri defensive back announced just over two weeks ago that he would be leaving the program as a graduate transfer with the following statement after three seasons on the field with the Tigers.

“Over the past 2 weeks I have spent many days and nights reflecting on how grateful I am for the state and the University of Missouri, but also what the future holds for me and my family. I have come to the conclusion that it is in my best interest to graduate this spring and transfer to play out my final year of eligibility. This is one of the toughest decisions I have ever had to make. I will forever be grateful for the coaches, professors, administrators and teammates of this great school.”

Now we know where Holmes is headed as he announced on Monday that he will finish out his college career at Oklahoma State. Holmes will be eligible immediately at Oklahoma State as he is a graduate transfer.

During his time at Mizzou, Holmes registered 66 tackles, 17 passes defended and two interceptions in Barry Odom’s defensive scheme in his 24 appearances on the field in three seasons.
