Cody Schrader has been outstanding for Mizzou this season, and that continued on Saturday against Tennessee.

He had more than 100 rushing yards in the first half and just continued to pile on the yards after the intermission. He also had 100+ receiving yards against the Vols, and that put him in some special company.

As you can see below, only 5 SEC players since 2007 have posted 100 rushing and 100 receiving yards in the same game before Schrader’s day on Saturday:

That’s a great list to be a part of. Percy Harvin, Dexter McCluster, Chris Rainey, Alvin Kamara and Darrel Williams were all solid athletes for their teams. But Schrader went a step beyond. He had 200 rushing yards, too.

Mizzou is looking to advance to 8-2 on the season with a win over Tennessee at Faurot Field. The Tigers are heading toward one of their best seasons since 2015, and it’s thanks in large part to Schrader’s incredible efforts.
