Missouri Senate Majority Leader weighs in on the NCAA’s decision against Mizzou

The NCAA’s announcement Thursday of its decision on Missouri Athletics came as a shock to many.

Tigers AD Jim Sterk was shocked, as was Barry Odom. The bombshell on Odom’s football team was a one-year postseason ban in 2019 following an NCAA investigation stemming from academic fraud. Along with football, baseball and softball also received postseason bans.

A postseason ban for Mizzou for actually telling the truth to the NCAA was hammered on social media. All the attention, though, was mostly focussed on what QB Kelly Bryant may decide to do now.

Missouri Senate Majority Leader Caleb Rowden also weighed in on the NCAA’s decision:
