Mizzou walks off Texas 6-5 in Arlington in College Baseball Showdown thriller
Mizzou didn’t need long to experience its first walk-off of the 2023 season.
The Tigers are in Arlington, Texas, taking part in the College Baseball Showdown at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. MU topped Texas 6-5 in a thriller on Saturday night.
It was a 5-5 game in the bottom of the 9th when Dylan Leach ended it with an RBI double. In the big-league ballpark, a double down the line gave Hank Zeisler plenty of time to score from 1st base.
