What Barry Odom said after lopsided loss at Alabama
Barry Odom got an up close view at the nation’s top scoring offense and he came away impressed.
The Missouri coach called Alabama as good an opponent as he’s ever faced, or seen, following a 39-10 loss.
The Tigers had an uphill battle from the beginning as Alabama scored less than a minute into the game, and then led 30-10 at halftime.
Some key stats in the game were Missouri was held to 70 rushing yards, and it committed three turnovers.

Odom asked about targeting on Terez Hall, says his number one concern is always the safety of the game. But also says it's difficult to teach defenders to adjust when they've already gone into a position to make a tackle and the ball-carrier ducks his head at the last second.
