SEC Softball Tournament Schedule 2022: Results, scores, bracket, standings (Updated May 12, 2022)

The SEC Softball Tournament schedule started on Tuesday; however, the quarterfinals happen Thursday from Gainesville, Florida. Eight SEC softball teams are in action on Thursday in Gainesville, Florida.

The top 4 seeds are all in action Thursday after having first-round byes.

Arkansas won the SEC regular season championship — the first outright title in program history. The Razorbacks secured a first-round bye and will face No. 8 Ole Miss at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Montana Fouts helped lead Alabama to the second overall seed in the SEC Tournament, as the Tide finished a spot behind the Razorbacks in the regular season. Alabama had a first-round bye and will face No. 7 Missouri at 2:30 p.m. ET.

No. 3 Tennessee will face No. 11 Mississippi State at 12 p.m. ET, and No. 4 Kentucky will face No. 5 Florida at 5 p.m. ET.

The SEC Softball Tournament Championship Game will be played Saturday, May 14, at 5 p.m. ET.

Where we currently stand

• The tournament got underway on Tuesday with No. 12 Texas A&M taking down No. 13 South Carolina 5-3 in first-round action.
• On Wednesday, No. 11 Mississippi State upset No. 6 LSU 7-4, No. 7 Missouri beat No. 10 Auburn 1-0, No. 5 Florida beat No. 12 Texas A&M 4-1 and No. 8 Ole Miss took down No. 9 Georgia 9-5.
• Eight teams are in action Thursday as the quarterfinals take place, including the top 4 seeds.
