Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson has revealed his bracket, and the Alabama native is taking the Florida Gators to become back-to-back champions.
Henderson has the 6-seed North Carolina making a surprise run to the Elite 8 before falling to his national champions, the Florida Gators. He also took 12-seed McNeese to upset 5-seed Vanderbilt in the South region.
Henderson, who was originally committed to play baseball at Auburn University before being drafted out of high school, isn’t letting any bias take over his bracket. He has Alabama making it to the Sweet 16 before falling to 1-seed Michigan. He has Michigan taking down 3-seed Virginia to be the representative from the Midwest region.
In the East region, Henderson isn’t taking any upsets in the first round. However, he is taking 6-seed Louisville all the way to the Final Four, beating 3-seed Michigan State and 2-seed UConn en route to taking down the overall No. 1 Duke in the Elite 8.
Henderson has 4-seed Arkansas making it all the way to the Final Four from the West region. He has Arkansas taking down 5-seed Wisconsin, 1-seed Arizona, and 2-seed Purdue.
Leaving the Orioles star with a Final Four of 6-seed Louisville versus 1-seed Florida and 4-seed Arkansas versus 1-seed Michigan.
