Mizzou Basketball finalizing neutral-site game against Saint Louis, per report
Mizzou is finalizing an agreement to face off against in-state foe Saint Louis in 2026-27, according to a report.
College basketball insider Jon Rothstein first shared that news on Thursday evening, reporting that the game would take place on Nov. 6 at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis.
Although the game would take place in St. Louis, it could be classified as a neutral-site game because it won’t be played at the Billikens’ home arena. The Enterprise Center is located approximately 2 miles from SLU’s Chaifetz Arena.

It’s been more than 2 decades since Mizzou and Saint Louis went head-to-head in men’s basketball. The last meeting between these in-state foes came back in 2001 โ a 69-67 win for the Tigers.
Overall, Mizzou and SLU have met 40 times before with Mizzou winning 21 of those previous matchups.
Both Missouri and Saint Louis will have NCAA Tournament aspirations next season. Dennis Gates has led the Tigers to the Big Dance in 3 of his first 4 years at the helm. Saint Louis will have a new-look roster this upcoming season but is still led by coach Josh Schertz.
